Prepare a Preliminary Proforma of estimated total Income and Expenses based on alternate site development plan
Prepare Project Schedule for Land Planning, Entitlement, Construction Documents,and Project Construction through unit Sales
Provide Client with a Fesaibility Report and options for development
Assemble and Direct Consulting Team to Prepare and Process Entitlements through Local, State, Federal agencies and Manage Project to approval
Assemble and Direct Team to prepare Construction Documents and provide Project Management to process plans though all agencies for Grading, Street improvements, Infrastructure, Subdivision maps and Building plans
Provide final Cost estimates, obtain all Permits necessary to Construct the project
Provide assistance on the Bidding and Construction of the project
