  • Provide Client with a Fesaibility Report and options for development

  • Assemble and Direct Consulting Team to Prepare and Process Entitlements through Local, State, Federal agencies and Manage Project to approval 

  • Assemble and Direct Team to prepare Construction Documents and provide Project Management to process plans though all agencies for Grading, Street improvements, Infrastructure, Subdivision maps and Building plans

  • Provide final Cost estimates, obtain all Permits necessary to Construct the project

  • Provide assistance on the Bidding and Construction of the project
